Since our degree program was launched in 2006, IESD has enrolled 354 students (110 Chinese students and 244 international students) from more than 70 countries, namely Venezuela, Spanish, Slovenia, Denmark, Poland, Mexico, Kenya, Libya, Central Africa, Cote d'Ivoire, Sudan, Ghana, Zambia, Egypt, Tanzania, Morocco, Ecuador, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Thailand, Sai Moya Islands, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, East Timor, Azerbaijan, Fiji, Yemen, Maldives, Italy, Germany, France, Japan, U.S., China, etc. Currently, most of IESD graduates have been employed in international organizations, government agencies, NGOs, universities and other institutes engaged in the field of sustainable development, such as UNEP Headquarters in Nairobi, UNEP Asia-Pacific Resource Centre, United Nations Development Program, Institute for Global Environemnt Strategies, World Vision, Thailand Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Environment of Mongolia, Fiji Department of Energy, Azerbaijan Ministry of Economic Development, Environment Protection Agency of Liberia, etc.
