There are currently more than 60 students enrolled in IESD from more than 15 countries across the globe. Throughout the programme, IESD ensures that they are well equipped with the right tools to make them ready for the global market after completion of the programme. Since 2006 when IESD was started , It has enrolled  over 400 students (125 Chinese students and 275 international student) from more than 40 countries, namely Azerbaijan, Venezuela, Spain, Slovenia, Denmark, Benin, Poland, Mexico, Kenya, Libya, Central Africa, China, Cote d’Ivoire, East Timor, Ecuador, Egypt, Ethiopia, Fiji, France, Germany, Ghana, Guyana,  Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Maldives, Mongolia, Morocco, Namibia, Nigeria, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Sai Moya Island, Sudan, Rwanda,  Zambia, Tanzania, Turkmenistan, Thailand, the United States and Yemen.

Currently most IESD graduates are employed in international organizations, governmental agencies, NGOs, universities and other institutes engaged in the field of sustainable development, such as UN-Environment Head quarter in Nairobi, UN-Environment Asia-Pacific Resources Center, United Nations Development Program, Turkey Ministry of Environment and UrbanismInstitute for Global Environment Strategies, World Vision, Thailand Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Environment of Mongolia, Fiji Department of Energy, Azerbaijan Ministry of Economic Development, Environment Protection Agency of Liberia, etc.
Through our Alumni we have a strong network and association with so many institutions and organizations all over the world this creates a global environment that is not only beneficial to the alumni but also the new students who join our institution.
