The Second Klaus Toepfer Environmental Scholarship award ceremony was held in the UNEP-Tongji IESD Building on July 6th. Ultimately, 10 students stood out from the rest. Each finalist received a scholarship of 10,000 RMB. Prof. Klaus Toepfer, Former Under-Secretary General of United Nations, Former Executive Director of UNEP, and Chief Professor of UNEP-Tongji IESD, and )Prof. WU Jiang, Vice President of Tongji University, Dean of UNEP-Tongji IESD issued the awarding certificates to the winners.
