The 2010 Regional Environment and Sustainable Development (RESD) program was successfully held from Jun. 28th to Jul.17th in China, Japan and Korea. This program was initiated by 7 distinguished universities in the research of environmental science and engineering from 2008. In this program preeminent Ph. D. students will possess opportunities to be selected from these universities and sent to stay in each country for one week yearly. This year they went to Shanghai (China), Kyoto (Japan), Pohang (Korea) and Daejeon (Korea) respectively for academic exchange, with the focus on Sustainability and Environment: Global and Regional Issues.
