International Biodiversity Day 2013: Education on Sustainable Development in Ton...

On 22nd May, the International Biodiversity Day of 2013, initiated by UNEP-Tongji IESD, Tongji Dance Club and Chorus Club held the third-round of street dancing and singing flash mob at the Cherry Avenue and the play ground of International School of Tongji Siping Campus. This flash mob consisted of several groups of dancing, ranging from Chinese traditional dance to jazz and hiphop, and a small chorus singing the song of Heal the World.
Hosted by UNEP and Tongji University and undertaken by IESD, 2013 International Student Conference on Environment and Sustainability (ISCES) will take place in Tongji University on June 5-8th. More than 200 students from all over the world will join the conference, to exchange their ideas on environment and sustainable development through filed trips, investigations and seminars.
