May 21st, IESD students enjoyed a happy sprint outing in the ancient town Zhujiajiao, located in a suburb of Shanghai City. It’s a one-day trip to appreciatean ancient town of antiquity, leisure and tranquility for both Chinese students and foreign students.Unique old bridges across bubbling streams, small rivers shaded by willow trees, and houses with courtyards colored students’ sights and attracts their appetite.

Beside of having fun of going out together, students would also learn from in-situ observation of the place they were. They would have an intuitive impression and deep understanding of ancient Chinese art and civilizationthrough this journey.
