On October 26, 2017, the first league match of six departments in Tongji has started on the sakura court. The team of IESD&Environmet and Civil engineering brought us an exciting race. In the team of IESD&Environment, 4 players, Fikadu,Sem,Brahane and Vito are freshman of IESD, other 3 members, Elisha, Justine and Aime are from IESD 2016.However,our opponent is a traditional top team.

When the game started, both players quickly entered into a state of race. Our members didn’t stint any strength and we fought for every ball, which made us control the game very well when we were in advantage. The score still in the 0-0 stalemate until the end of the half. At the beginning of the second-half, Vito took midfielder’ cross, quickly broke into the restrict area, then he was fouled by the opponent, awarded a penalty for our team. Our team were leading through Elisha's penalty. After playing fierce physical defense, both of two team were exhausted, a mistake made by us allowed the Civil engineering to pounce. The match settled the score at 1-1.

The performance of our team in the game is very excellent.  Although we failed to win the game, in the face of the traditional team we left a struggling, cooperative, calm impression to the audience. The new players are also very active in the game. This is a young and potential team, I believe our young members who can make persistent efforts, will create more successful results!
