We are pleased to announce that today we open the Call for Proposals for the 2012/13 China Prosperity Strategic Programme Fund (SPF). Prosperity SPF programme has 6 key strands including financial sector reform, structural reform, business environment and trade, energy security, low carbon/climate change, and green investment.   

Please see our website for details on the programme and the requirements of the bidding round, including the Prosperity SPF Programme Strategy, concept bid forms, completion guidance and bidding round timetable. The deadline for submission of project concept bids is:

-      Tuesday 10th January 2012, 5pm Beijing time for submitting concept bids in the area of climate change, energy, and green investment

-      Sunday 15th January 2012, 5pm Beijing time for submitting concept bids in the area of financial sector, structural reform, and business environment and trade
