Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Shanghai will hold its 2nd Model United Nations (MUN) 2014 on the topic: The World goes to Town – Sustainable Urbanization as a Key to a Post-2015 Development Agenda?

They have again chosen the city of Xiamen/Fujian Province as venue of the conference, which will take place from 21th to 23th March 2014.

Participants shall be Chinese and foreign students from all over China.

MUNs provide a unique opportunity to young people to role-play as diplomats, representing a country/international organisation in a simulated session of a working group of the United Nations.

MUN Conferences aim to educate participants about topics in international relations and the United Nations agenda.

The overall number of participants is limited to 30. Working language is English.
