Your pre-arrival Student Sustainability Summit information

The Student Sustainability Summit is fast approaching. We’re in the final stages of preparing for the event and wanted to send you information to help you with your travel arrangements and planning your time at the  Summit!

Bookings are still being accepted! There is still time to book additional places for any colleagues or friends onto the Summit or book a place for the main EAUC Annual Conference (24-25 March). Any students or elected student officers (either part-time or full-time) who book on the Student Sustainability Summit, can benefit from the reduced student rates for the rest of the EAUC Annual Conference.

Conference App

As part of our continuing sustainability ethos, we have a Student Summit App, supported and hosted by Guidebook. Full details on how to download the App will be sent out prior to the event.

You are able to access conference schedules on the App, and select which session your want to attend to show in a personal itinerary. You can read session synopses and speaker biographies, make notes on sessions to email to yourself, photo share, tweet and look at maps!

Registration
The Summit starts on Monday 23 March at 10:30 am (you can register from 09:45 am) and it closes at 4:35 pm.

Getting there!

Transport
We encourage delegates to use more sustainable travel options. You will find sustainable travel details in the joining instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: Delegates are required to register before attending the Student Sustainability Summit and are required to wear their Conference badge during the day (this will be given out at registration).
