Zheng Guoguang, male, Han nationality. He graduated from the Nanjing Meteorological Institute, and obtained a M.A. in Atmosphere Physics. He holds a Ph.D. of Science, and serves as a tutor for postgraduate doctoral candidates.
He became director of the China Meteorological Administration in 2007 and Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management in 2018.
