2020: Awarded the Huo Ying Dong Young Teacher Award by the Ministry of Education

2018: Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement in Higher Education (fifth finisher)

 

2018: Won the First Prize of Shanghai Technical Inventions (the fourth finisher)

In 2017, he was awarded the Special Prize for teaching achievements of Tongji University and the title of My Good Tutor of Tongji University;

 

Academic Research

 

In recent years, he has presided over more than 20 national and provincial scientific research projects and industrial projects, published more than 50 SCI papers in international academic journals, including 5 ESI (1%) highly cited papers, disclosed 10 invention patents, presided over the formulation of 1 national standard for water quality testing and In 2015, he was awarded the second prize of the National Natural Science Award of China (the 2nd completer) and the Swiss Jonofa Youth Science Award (2013).

 

Research interests

 

Environmental pollutant analysis: research and technology development of new pollutant analysis and detection methods, pollution remediation effect analysis and evaluation research

 

Efficient identification and catalytic transformation of pollutants: electrochemical and nano catalytic technologies, nano catalyst preparation and interfacial electrochemistry

Selected as an author researcher for the Global Environment Outlook-6 global report in 2017

 

Selected as Lead Lead Author of GEO-6 Asia-Pacific Youth Edition report in 2018

 

Global Vice-Chair of GEO-7 in 2022

The Global Environment Outlook report series is a major publication of the world's leading environmental organization, the United Nations Environment Programmed (UN Environment), and has been published every five years since the 1990s. The first regional youth edition of the report was launched in 2019 during the 3rd Asia Pacific Environment Ministers' Forum, and activities such as lectures, an environmental animation competition, online social media interaction, and student summer camps were conducted in various cities in the Asia Pacific region during 2019.
