Students Organising for Sustainability, in the UK, are supporting a team of 40 school and university students from around the world to run a Mock-COP this autumn. COP26 was due to be held in November 2020 in Glasgow but has been postponed by a year due to the pandemic. Mock-COP will fill the void this November by mobilising young people from around the world through a big inclusive online event. Mock26 will show what might happen if young people ran the COP, raising ambition and empowering hundreds of young people around the world to engage their national elected representatives in the run up to the real COP26.
